Blackened fish

Blackened some hybrid & striper filets..coated with Italian bread crumbs & finished in oven..oh my! Wife said better than crappie..fresh with blood strip cut out bout my favorite..usually throw back most..Cold water fish sure are delicious! Gonna catch & keep some more this weekend! Black eye peas with cowboy candy of course & good homemade slaw..didn't even need the homemade tartar

Looking good man. I hadn't caught a striper in years. Always liked to grill em. Wife's favorite grilled fish. When she says I want a piece of grilled white fish she means go catch one, yesterday.
