Try using 3 pieces of bread toasted (Texas Toast is particularly good) with what you have there, add a hard-fried egg, add some spicy brown mustard. It makes for a little different and very good sammich.

That sandwich looks perfect.

Love the addition of the cheese. Only thing i would have went with is block cheese.....not that pasteurized pre sliced crap.
