Blue Crabs

Not asking for anybody's secret spots I am looking for any areas where someone can go to on the Georgia coast to catch blue crabs from the bank with a piece of chicken and a dip net Thanks

I'd just buy two or three of those cheap crab nets, and go enjoy a nice day sittin' on the St Simons pier...

Anywhere there's a fish cleaning table there's crabs galore.

when I was a kid my father would load all the of us in the back of the pickup truck drive us down to the beach hand us all a string with a chicken neck tied to it when we had enough we would pick all the meat then momma would lightly bread and fry the patties with homemade fries it's been many years but i can't get the taste of those patties out of my mind time for me to make a trip to the coast

My dads twin sister Aunt Hazel used to take me to SSI Pier crabbin'.

We'd set and people watch, talk with the regulars, and catch crabs. With a bucket full secured, they went in a big boilin' pot, and then you had to pick' em. Aunt Hazel could get a double handful of meat out of each one, and her crab cakes were outstanding.

Pickin' crabs will give you the cleanest fingernails you ever had...
