Buncha Hogs...
I work for the railroad out of macon, ga. My district covers macon to savannah and macon to augusta. The other night, we left macon at 1:30am heading to tennille, ga....the Oconee River is between macon and tennille....and man was it flooded........the railroad tracks were the only thing that wasn't under water.....i counted 47 hogs in about 1/4 of a mile, between trestle's. it was unreal. about 1/2 of them were dead (train claims a lot of critters) i think we killed 6 between heading east and coming back west. biggest i saw was 200lbs or so. we stopped th train to get a look at them....wanting to catch one...wishing i had my bow rather. If anyone has land near the oconee river around toomsboro....need to be hunting the edge of the water. also saw a 9 pointer chasing a doe in tennille.
