Need a tract of 61 acres maintained in Pike County between Zebulon and Concord. Need the trails bush hogged and possibly 1-3 acres of grown up fields tilled over for Fall plots.
Trails were last mowed in February and less than 3’ tall of vegetative growth. Property is 25% fields, 60% open pines and the rest is creek bottom to give y’all an idea.
Curious on average hourly rates and folks interested in helping me out. Do not have the time working 2 jobs right now.
