One of the bills, to allow co-workers, employers and educators to seek gun violence restraining orders against firearms owners they fear are a danger to themselves and others.

Newsom also signed a companion bill allowing the gun violence restraining orders to last one and five years, although the gun owners could petition to end those restrictions earlier. The bill also allows judges to issue search warrants at the same time as they grant the orders. The warrants can be used immediately if the gun owners are served with the relinquishment orders but fail to turn over the firearms or ammunition.
He thinks he's Ronnie... He ain't.

Gavin is even dumber-er than I thought. Mr. Guvna... you cannot win the Precidency by allowing 23 million illegals in to vote for you. Rememba... there's this thing called the college, more specifically, the electoral college.

LET IT BURN!! Those morons brought these fires upon themselves with their upsurd laws restricting cutting trees, clearing brush, or allowing dead wood to be removed.

He is a straight up enemy to the Constitution. Confiscation on a whim(hearsay) is s very dangerous line to cross.

Even the ACLU has determined its validity as unreasonable.

Take those actors and ball players security guards guns as well!
Don't forget politicians.

I understand what they are doing. If I was as lousy big tax group, I would be afraid that what got thrown in the harbor at San Fran wouldn't be tea.
The best thing to do is enforce our existing laws and maybe mandate a felon in position of a fire arm is 25 years to the door
