Canon IS 12-36 lll

I have a pair of binoculars,12+36,Canon image stabilizer I need repairing ,just sent it to canon there fee was going to be 400$which was more than half of what new ones would cost brand new when I purchased them ,,,anyone else you all would recommend good quality work mayb half the price?..thanks

Those are great binoculars. I have 10x30 IS. $400 may sound like a lot but it would be money well spent and repaired correctly. New cost $750 on Amazon.
