Cartecay River this weekend

The family is heading up to Ellijay this weekend and staying on the Cartecay River on Riverfront Dr.
Dad and I were going to sneak away for some fly fishing, but aren't sure what to expect. Any tips would be much appreciated!

With all the rain will most likely be muddy due to upstream development.
