Chili fixins

Nic's mentioned chili on Sunday and we fixed a big pot.
Gone by Monday.

What do you eat with your chili?
We put shredded cheese and crumble Fritos in the bowl and garnish with green onion .

My favorite side with chili is a grilled cheese sammich to dip in the chili.

I pour a pile of oyster crackers in the bowl first and then fill with chili.

I've always copied the way Billy's bar on Scott Blouevard in Decatur used to serve it.

Put the chili in a bowl, cover chili with about 1/2" shredded cheese, throw on some jalapeño slices and put under the broiler until the cheese melts and starts to get brown. Serve with corn chips.

Love that thick scab of cheese on there.
