Chipped pine stumps

Anyone know a quick way of getting the chips out of the cavity? Not sure how deep they are but they were min. 26 inch in diameter at base of tree. Been done now for a few months. Cleaned up the main pile down to the spot they were starting to deteriorate some. Putting some weed barrier over it, then rocking with top soil inside the rocks for a flower bed. Only issue is the stump holes needs cleaning out and some dirt put in em to stop from having a hole in the flower bed. Considered pouring diesel real good then lighting it but figured I would be wasting fuel. They are packed fairly tight and digging them out already seems like it will suck.

Was it from a stump grinder? If so they're about 8 to 12 inches deep.

What are you wanting to plant over them?

That stump hole will continue to suck up all the dirt you put in it for several years if you don’t dig it out and pack it full of red dirt.
