Cleth ?

I am spraying cleth on an existing clover plot this weekend. Can I broadcast oats over the clover the same day I apply cleth? Thank you for your help!

Small grains have a plant back of 30 days with a clethodim application but it's a blanket restriction, it should be fine since clethodim doesn't have a residual but I'd at least spray it and let it dry before spreading seed
