Coincidence car trouble?

So I took my wifes car in for a 40K service Friday. The same day the nationwide dealers service network got hacked.
The following day several of the safety systems lights came on in the dash for AEB, auto highbeams, Lane departure assist. I immediately drove straight to the dealership. They ran a quick scan and there were also several transmission engine AC and MEC codes that popped up when they scanned it.
I know very little of such things but it seems a lot like software problems to me? Did my car get hacked while in for service?

Im admittedly a technodummy but is this just a Coincedence?
Anybody else heard of any such problems?

I havent heard of the "CDK hack" actually affecting any customers cars yet. Sure wouldnt put it past 'em to keep it quiet and deny responsibility if it did.

Sure seems mighty suspicious that right after service mines having what appears to be software issues to me.
Im wondering if any other customers or those in the industry are seeing anything similar.
