That one is grown, for sure. I wonder how old it was? Enormous.

Saw one almost 13 feet out in Texas near a cotton gin. I was doing a start-up at near Cotton Center. One of the workers at the gin went out back to take a leak, and ran into him. One scared Mexican.
We killed on in Hollywood, SC in the mid 60s, that was over 10" We donated him to the Charleston Museum. I heard they mounted and had him on display.
Hey Nic, I HATE SNAKES.

I have seen that photograph before I would hate to even run into such a monster as that in the woods.

A strike from one of those beasts would knock a man to the ground. There was a gas station in Linden Alabama that had a 9'6" mounted that had to of had a 18" girth.

There's a picture of one like that at the "Stop & Rob" in SC near Woodbury Wma. It was a gully whopper, the state tagged or chipped it and turned it back loose. Next time Im around there Ill take a picture of it.
