Saw this on the ABC TV news broadcast today. Just in case you missed it, in the video on TV, you could hear the bobcat growling at the onlookers.

COSTA MESA – A bobcat found its way to the industrial section of Costa Mesa this morning, before firefighters chased it down from a tree.
Around 10:30 a.m., the Costa Mesa Police Department, OC Animal Care, and the Department of Fish and Game were called to 385 Clinton St., where the 73 freeway passes John Wayne Airport, to deal with a bobcat up a tree, said Sgt. Jerry Hildeman.
They decided to call in the Fire Department, which ran a hose up a ladder, and squirted the cat from above, Hildeman said.
The bobcat came down and ran off to a wooded area, Hildeman said.
No humans or cats were harmed in the incident, Hildeman said. Bobcats are not commonly seen in Costa Mesa.
