Hope everyone is doing well and making the best out of this situation as possible. suppers from the past week or so........

First one, marinated some chicken breasts in a mix of oil, vinegar, lime juice and chipotle/adobo and then coated with cumin and chili powder and grilled. To go along with it, made some mashed purple sweet taters, avocado relish, and some cilantro oil to go along with.

Some pulled pork, tater salad, claw and pickled okra.

Steak, onion rings, shrooms AND A1!!!!!!!

London Broil, baked tater, asparagus from the back yard, and a little horseradish.

Burger and fries/chips

Color on the beef meat is perfect.
And... That's just about the way I like my grilled chicken- especially the skin.?

Hard to beat that !!! ???
