Do you have a job and if so, do you want to keep that job? For example I just got the corporate e-mail saying that according to Executive Order 10404 everyone employed in any fashion in government contracting is mandated to get the COVID shot by a certain date or pound sand. Religious or medical exemptions might be considered but that is no guarantee. And no doubt you aren't getting paid while the company sorts that out. So far one guy (who has already had COVID and thus has immunity) is refusing and I hate to see him go because he's a great worker and one of the younger guys too, with a lot of good years left in him.
