That house needs to be on a basement foundation. I bet it's difficult to cut the front yard.

I put my lake house on 12' basement walls and it was still in a hole.

Built one on 4' sub walls and 12' basement walls a while back. Stairs for days.

Ran across this photo, and having done just a little pipe work in my day (I know, that's conduit), it was impressive to see.
