I hit the Old Pond a couple times in the last week. Went hunting for Crappie a few days ago and found a ton of them. But they would not bite. Pretty unusual for this time of year. So I went after the Pickle Fish and caught a bunch of spots between 10 to 15 feet of water. No toads to speak of. Also caught this nice Largemouth. Today went back out and found some crappy in a different area and they were biting pretty good. I also was trying out my new Garmin so I didn't find the honey hole till late morning. Got 13 in 2 hours all between 10 and 13 inches. Tight lines....
