Worked hard to get 10 on Sinclair this morning- the ones on the dock. But they were good sized. Mostly ran from 10-1/2 to 12-3/4. Two were 9-1/2”

Picked up 11 a few days ago all over 9” but several 10.5” or so. Picture with pail.

Bite is slow but with effort getting some good catches in 16’ to 20’ pulling blue gray and chartreuse tricolor and John Deere green tricolor.

Are they biting at Clark's Hill right now. Thinking of heading that way soon.
I haven't been . Long story but my trolling motor has been at the repair shop for a while. I do know some guys that are doing pretty good with them right now.

Upgraded my electronics on my boat yesterday. Went with a Lowrance HDS 12 live on the front with active target and a Elite 9 fs on the center console. Still can't hit the lake yet due to trolling motor issues that will hopefully be solved 1st of the week. Looking forward to trying this new stuff out.

Had my river boat in the shop getting serviced and a new voltage regulator put in. New trolling motor battery too. It and me are now ready for a new season of fishing, turkey hunting, and gators,.

You’ll love those! I have the live on the front of my boat and a hummingbird on the console. The detail on the lowrance is much better!

Fished 4 hours with my son. Filleted 19, threw back 30-40. Fish were scattered at various depths. Water temp was down to 53 from 56 last Wednesday. When I fish solo I run 4 rods on each side of the boat, he said more than 2 stresses him out, so we didn’t do too bad considering 6 rods instead of my normal 8. Time to fish the upper reaches of creeks in 3 to 4 ft of water. Temp was 66 today.
Black chartreuse 2” curly tail fished slow on 4 lb line.
