Found this quartz crystal while looking for arrowheads in a field. Any significant use by our Georgia ancestors or just a rock?

I think that's just a rock.

Pretty crystal though.

I have quite a few rocks like that that were turned to an arrowhead long ago.

I pick those "just a rocks" up too.

I have found a couple big ones.

I found a big cluster of white with only 1 crystal.
Threw it in my side lot incase I want to break it all up later.

Looks like the crystals my brother and I used to find while poking around Graves Mtn when we were young. All those mining roads were a blast on our old balloon tired Shwinns. Found a lot of smaller rutile crystals as well.

I have found several in areas that are loaded with points. I have always wondered if they carried them as charms or used them for trade.

They were though to have special powers by native Americans, and we're popular trade items.

I found this one earlier this summer. Clear as can be. In coweta county.

I've found a couple like that, but that one is about as clear as you can get.

Went to a primitive artifacts show once in Florence SC, they had quite a display of quartz crystal points some were quite impressive.
