To be honest I don’t know if I ever compared them. I use the CuddeLink feature all the time but rarely use the cellular side of it.

CuddeLink does not mean that a camera is cellular, the CuddeLink system links cameras together allowing them to send all of their photos to one home camera allowing you to pull the card on the home camera and having pictures for up to 24 cameras linked together. That being said, if you use a cellular camera as the home camera It will then send you the pictures via text or email. I do have one cellular camera but the majority of the time I use one of my non cellular CuddeLink cameras as a home and I just check the card. For instance this past year I had 3 cameras connected with a non cellular home camera that I checked by pulling the card on the home camera, on another piece of property I had 4 cameras connected the same way, in a third location I had 3 cameras connected thru a cellular home that sent me pictures by text.
