Forgot I made these last week. Sliced a ribeye as thin as i could, added some mushrooms/onions. Little marinara and white American on the bottom of a Publix sub roll and hot cherry pepper relish on top. Would’ve been perfect if I had a slicer and shaved it, but it was pretty good.

I'm VERY tired of my chicken salad lunch diet.

Stand up lunch during yard work day...
A couple sliced chicken cold wraps with sour cream and queso, salsa, and shredded cheese.
Short on guac, red and jalapeno peppers, black olives, and black beans, etc. But time was of the essence.
Beautiful day today.

Nice. Thinking those chips would have been good on the sandwich though. Add a cold beer. Mmmmmm.

Went to the farmer's market and Walmart Deli today to get sandwich fixins. Wish I had a cooler at the farmer's market.

Daughter ate the rest of the French loaf I was hoping to make an eyetalian sammich with, so opted to use NAAN instead.

Chicken cordon bleu inspired sammich on lightly toasted sourdough!

had some leftover baked chic. made a chic, Colby-jack, pepper jack, tomato, avocado grilled cheese. cpl salsas to dip.

green was herdez from Publix, red and the chiles toreados were leftovers from el rey del taco on Buford hwy.

I love cinnamon toast!

Might could use a couple fried eggs...
