I used to do that for my daughters. I had a dance I called the "Auger" that would make 'em scream. As they got older, I would threaten them with doing it in front of thier boyfriends.

Although now grown, they still like to get a chuckle out of recalling that dance. I'll tell you (and the world I suppose ) that it involved pulling up my sweat bottoms as high as I could get them and kind of rotating in place like I was trying to drill myself into the floor. 
I know that is not a mental image many of you care to think about, but it was a lot of fun when they were young, especially watching them trying to do it.
Have fun with your kids, no matter how big of a fool you have to be to do it.
