David Bars flintlock

Does anybody know who works on old flintlocks. My BIL has a David Bars pistol from Sweden and needs a trigger and hammer spring made.

It’s my brother in law’s and he wants to shoot it. We have no idea who or where to go with it. Local gunsmiths only seem versed on modern designs.
