He made some interesting points. He just has absolutely no concept of how to present them in a concise, simpler manner so that people can relate to them. It's like reading a PHd dissertation or peer-reviewed scientific journal.
Oh I think Israel was completely capable of writing in a simple and consise manner. But I think he wrote in a way that he enjoyed/needed to write.

In that spirit i will say this,
To our former member of good intent and sometimes poor execution, the purpose of language is to communicate with others. If nobody knows what you are saying then it isnt working. The end.

I particularly enjoyed Bullet's and Israels interactions.. Bullet would hammer Israel for facts, show research, something, anything to back up his claims etc. and Israel would dig in his heels and fire right back with 2 more pages of his infamous writings. Its amazing Bullet's head didnt explode

I don't understand your question. Tore up about the meaning or lack of what specifically?

Thanks Walt 1 for this link! I like what he said towards the end (paraphrasing) "those who love god thru your love of the truth". :) I disagree with his worldview, but he gets it - atheists/agnostics just want the truth and we haven't found it thru religion. We have however found what the truth isn't , thus the search continues.
I never found any of his comments to be unkind or unfair, just confusing or unclear at times, but this is just my take on his postings.

Truth, isn’t truth, isn’t always proven. There are innocence behind bars and guilty on the streets because evidence pointed to a most likely.

And, go Izzy!! Come back under a different name

Good point! I guess it depends on the specific application/definition of truth. In the scenario you just gave, advances in DNA testing (and other discoveries & techniques in various scientific disciplines) cameras everywhere, etc. free innocent inmates & condemn guilty criminals than would occur without these things. But nothing is 100 percent of course.

The three times I had seen short, concise and to the point 2 or 3 word replies from Izzy I wanted to have a health and well being check-up sent out to his home. Lolol
He and I certainly had our differences but I am sure that he cared about the people he interacted with. He always stayed genuine to who he was and offered me some area tips around where I Striper fish. I hope he is well.

Doozie conversations for sure. I will admit that upon an initial read I would take (and respond) to him according to how I viewed it but I often found myself getting more out of his posts with something(s) that I missed after 2 or 3 re-reads. It didn't change his point but I was able to better understand what and sometimes why he was getting at after my initial reaction.

If anybody would be easy to spot, it would be Israel. His first seventeen-paragraph post would doom his new identity. :)
Lol yea there’d be no way he could hide his posting style.

Yup. He had to enjoy writing. Sometimes I wondered how in the works he could come up with so much info to address a 5 word question.
