A YHFP joint. Fried chicken tenders, soupy taters ® , buttermilk biscuits, homemade honey-mustard sauce. What's not to like?

They are way easier to cook when they are dead. Just saying and yours look great.
I have tried the cooking them alive thing, but they flop around a lot and get grease and singed feathers all over the kitchen; and make lots of loud, disturbing noises. You are right, I have found this way to be much easier.
