Defensive Training

Anyone know of a defensive training course for the disabled?
I'd like to have a refresher course, not wheel chair bound, I can walk (shuffle) but I'm not fleet of foot anymore, and would like to see if there is anything like this out there.

Ken Forbus runs a very respectable training class in Carrolton. You might want to contact him. He can probably help or at least point you in right direction. Maybe try contacting your local gun range and ask them the same question.
