DOGE found 90% of the money went to "admin cost" (line pockets) and 10% to feed people.

Nor do I. Once somebody working in the Social Security office figures out how to work the system, they tell their friends & family how to do it. That's how high ranking (usually) military & contractors made out like bandits in Iraq & Afghanistan.
