Fried some the other day and some nasty kroger catfish in the Andy's Redfish breading. It was tasty, white and firm with a good clean finish. The Kroger "farm raised" catfish tasted like a muddy cess pond as usual!
That Andy's breading is awesome on fried pickles, the cajun and the redfish style.
