Hopefully so. The Lord blessed us with somewhere around 300 pounds last year. Plenty of potatoes for my family and my parents throughout the year. They keep well in my small 8x8 walk in coolerIn about two months you ought to be tater rich
That answers my thought about keeping them. I’ve never had much luck keeping them from rottening.Hopefully so. The Lord blessed us with somewhere around 300 pounds last year. Plenty of potatoes for my family and my parents throughout the year. They keep well in my small 8x8 walk in cooler
Here’s hoping for a real good report from the Doctor. Good morning to you both.Morning folks.
Gotta take Diane to her pulmonary visit this morning. Sure is some different weather out there right now.
That walk in cooler has been a game changer for me the last 18 years. It gives me somewhere to store my fresh garden vegetables until we can process them. We even use it during the warm months when we are curing hams, shoulders and bacon. Even hang a deer in there from time to time. Bought it used from a guy I worked with for little of nothing and another buddy helped me with charging the refrigeration system. Cost very little in electricity to run it.That answers my thought about keeping them. I’ve never had much luck keeping them from rottening.
Morning fish, red, cherry, gw, Jeff, and flint.
Caught up on a little sleep this morning.
Added a couple inches of dirt to that pad after UGA yesterday. I was tired.
I like it better now.
Got to head to dads here shortly.
