The deer are right on the verge if not already into it in Hancock County right now.....

A little cool snap is really gonna get it goin'......

Same in Polk County...

I've been watching bucks run does hard for the last two weeks here in Polk County. I don't think the doe's are coming into heat yet because I've seen alot being run with their fawns still with them. The bucks are really just harassing them trying hard to find one that is in heat. I killed a good 7 point yesterday at about 9:00 a.m. I grunted a few times and used my Primos Bleet Can and the buck came charging in less than 10 seconds later! His neck was fully swollen and tarsals were jet black. So if you have'nt had a chance to hunt yet, get out there now! Good luck guys...

I believe the rut will be early.Then come back in mid december for 2 weeks.But I also thought the braves would win the world series this year

I have not even seen any horns around the house. I usally have seen some rubs by now but who knows.
