easy way to post a video

I have some video on my computer that i got from a memory card i woud like to post here.I know how to post pics and a embed video from youtube.Im looking for the easiest way to post my video that i have on a memory card.I think theres a few diffrent ways to do it just looking for the easiest way.Thanks for any help i can get.

You'll need to upload them to photobucket or youtube (or a similar site), then in turn embed them in a thread.
