I have a 2017 Keystone Hideout LHS26. It's been a good starter for the family. We have towed it numerous times with our 2016 Suburban with no problems. I recently purchased a 2010 Silverado & when I hook it up to the camper the electric jack doesn't work. All the towing lights work fine but the jack will not operate electronically. It still works fine plugged into direct current and/or our Suburban. Pretty sure it's something to do with the truck. Any suggestions?

I'ma guess the 12 volt terminal on the truck's plug ain't got 12 volts? (7 prong?) Could be fuse? Maybe never wired?

Does it not work on only the camper battery?

Check for voltage at connector.

No voltage? check for blown fuse or circuit breaker under hood.

Figured it out. The 12v power was never connected at the fuse box. I connected it and slapped a 40amp fuse and we are jacking good now. Thanks for the help!
