What all do you do with the kale? It seems to be very popular but I'm not at all familiar with it. We've always grown turnips, collards, and mustard greens. I'm trying some radish, spinach, onions and a couple types of lettuce this year.

We cook it with the collards and mustard greens. Or..... chop it and mix in with salads
