First piebald

Got this picture on my hunting land yesterday. First piebald on camera from this property. He won’t make it to maturity if he rambles. The guys hunting next door shoot EVERYTHING.
That’s cool. I killed my first piebald buck this year. Maybe that one will make it.

We had one running around our property for years. He never left the property until the rut one day. He came by one of us and left the property in a 100-yard circle and the other club killed him and the doe he was after came running back past...

They lied to me and told me they didn't, but they did. lol

Here's one my son shot a few years back, big ole doe. The year before we saw one almost completely white, looked like a ghost.

This white buck came by and never offered a shot. Then rubbed a tree 150-175 yards away again without a great shot.

I hung a cam in there. Next day he was four to six feet from my stand.

It’s funny. We have one on our club too. We’ve gotten him on cameras for two years but nobody sees him in person. He’s a 5 or 6 pt. I’m just south of you.31B908FF-5663-4366-B5A6-B98A82ABED94.jpegBC8AEA11-708E-4D04-A856-F5646DDAC5DE.jpeg

We had a bunch on an old hunting club back when I was a kid. My dad and grandfather both killed one on opposites side of the club the same day. I shot at a spike piebald when I 10ish with my single shot 20ga, dud shell, pellets rolled out the end of the barrel. Guess he wasnt meant to die.

I had one come out also, he had 2 spikes about 4 inches long. I saw him that one day during the rut, I said if I’d have saw him again I would have shot and had a full body mount but never saw him again.
