First pistol for hunting

It's been a few years since I went through my 10mm mid life crisis but be wary of Colt Delta Elites and full power “hot” 10mm loads. There was a time and it may or may not have been corrected but some of the ammo companies stated SPECIFICALLY to avoid shooting their 10mm loads in Colt Delta Elites due to lack of chamber support.

Not much in this conversation about revolvers . i reckon i gettin old . Ruger blackhawk in 41 magnum got a bunch for me

Yep, there is a super blackhawk in 44 on the top shelf of my safe that would do the trick. Has a good sight for it too. May need to try it someday.

Get yourself a 460 Rowland drop in kit for that 1911 45 and go hunting. 44mag ballistics in a 1911 platform.
