First recurve deer!

Finally had a chance to fling an arrow at this doe at 10 yards the day before thanksgiving! Hit her further back than I wanted so I gave her overnight and found her the next morning. Shot her with a Hoyt Buffalo 45 lbs bow that Fred Eichler gave to my dad.

Congratulations on your first deer with a recurve. I have always enjoyed using Dad's things when I can and have used a few of Grandad's things too.

That's awesome. Have just recently switched from a compound to a recurve. I have great admiration for you!
