I was about to say the same thing. He might have killed all the snakes he saw but I would bet my paycheck against his he didn't kill all of the snakes there. He'd have to clear and grub and then excavate about 3 feet down on the whole place to kill them all.

Seen this same scenario play out in Talbot co years ago! Timber rattlers had inhabited our shack! Had to kill them all! Some were coiled up in coffee cups! A mess it was!

The author of that is wrong about the little ones. They can and do regulate how much venom they give when they bite. They don`t just dump all they got into a bite.
