I had whiskey...and we'll wings of course.

We are in MO moving stands to a new property and hanging out in the no tell hotel motel. Grabbed some wings and beer from the bar and brought the leftovers back to the cooler of whiskey and no sugar Dr pepper.

Life is good.

Another Ribeye, cut lasht night.
Did this one roasted, dry. Sauer's, garlic power and black pepper.

Served with au jus', onion and sourdough garlic toast to mop with.

Turned out better than last night's technique. ?

You boys ain't as faint hearted as i am. I tried Friday and Saturday to buy ribeyes for supper. Couldn't make myself pay the price they wanted. Thought, hey haven't had any ox tail in a while. Dang those were 9 bucks a pound. Beef free zone around here.
