Of the hard cast variety
Made some Loaded Mexicans ( hashbrowns, taco meat, nacho cheese, black olives, thick salsa, sour cream and taco sauce) for Supper on Friday.
And for tonight I baked a pork loin surrounded by sauerkraut. Served it over mashed potatoes and I smother mine with cold apple sauce right at serving time. I like the cold sweet with the hot sour.

Never tried loin that way but definitely given it a shot!!! Looks good!!
