Fun hunt

Hunted my buddies place today treed 11 times killed 6 found a nice shed and a dead head also. Hunted my pup with older dog he’s hunting out but not treeing his own yet. Really happy with how most pups are doing . A member on here has one that has really showed out for a 9 month old. All in all a great time in the woods.

@catchdogs sautee pan? Stew? Looks like a real nice bit of meat to eat there. We sautee 'em in xast iron skillet with grape seed oil, some garlic, pepper and salt.

Never done 'em that way before. Just the quarters in the pressure cooker or? For how long?

normally whole just enough to get them tender then in pot of gravy

I like to quarter them, then put them in a pressure pot under pressure for about 15 minutes, then either fry them rolled in cornmeal or pull the meat off the bones and put them in a pot with dumplings.
