Anyone planting yet? Thinking of getting a little earlier start this year, got some tomato plants, squash, pepper plants yesterday.

planted mine two weeks ago and, despite my efforts to protect them with burlap in the frost, they all still died last week. I replanted Monday evening.

I have some taters up, several varieties of lettuce that are trying to sprout. Hope to start planting everything else within a week or two.

Started my stuff from seed and kept in the greenhouse except for taking the trays out on warm days to sun. Transplanted my straightneck squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers yesterday into raised beds. I`ll plant my corn next week.

Got taters in the bed March first. Got tomato, pepper, squash, zukes, about then too. Finished up with cucumber and okra a couple weeks ago. Had to baby everything through the frost last week and put the guard dog out to keep the guineas out but everything so far is good

Thanks. I put a lot of work into them the last couple years. I’m debating getting a tiller now and starting a couple small in ground plots for peas and corn

Put squash, zucchini, and cucumber seeds in the ground today. Along with 6 mater plants. Gonna pick up a few more maters and some peppers tomorrow. Taters are doing good, my lettuce is struggling a bit. .7 of rain today too.

Got Cabbage and collards about 9 inches tall, 2 patches of corn made it through the frost. Planted 180 tomato plants yesterday, got 250 hills of jubilee watermelons in the ground. Got squash, beans, and peas all starting to come up. Taters took a hit from the frost but not bad. Peppers getting planted some time this week. Onions looking good.
