Collards, garlic and elephant garlic look good. Kale doesn't look too bad. Onions look worse than I expected. I filled 2/3 of a spare fridge with cabbage and cauliflower that was left last Thursday and gave some away. Lots of stuff that made it all winter last year are gone, but it never hit 9 last year. Some peas look like they might hang on with a few blooms, so we will see in a few days. The rest are done. Even the clover looks rough.

The only thing left in my garden was some turnips and mustard and they have wilted down bad but still green. I’ve got turnips and radishes in a plot down below my garden that’s up next to the woods and shaded by a couple trees and they still look real good.

Some of my collards are coming back. Siberian kale ok too. A few of the turnips made it at the root level and are tryin to put greens on again. Garlic looks to bounce back as well.

Mid-May here for most stuff. Fall/winter gardens are futile here. Just too cold for stuff to grow. Any stuff. I can get by with planting onions, lettuce, spinach, radishes, taters, and carrots in early April most years.
