GBAA State 3D tournament at Po Boys 8/13-14th

Let’s end this year with a ?. We have the GBAA State 3D tournament coming up here at Po Boys. It will be the weekend of August 13th and 14th. There will be two 15 target courses, which are already set. You can shoot them all in one day or half Saturday and half Sunday. It will be a shotgun start at 9 and 1 on both days. So make sure you give yourself plenty of time to warm up and register ( I’d say at least 40 minutes). If you’re not a member no problem, you can register and join on the day of the event or call and join the NFAA or USA Archery ahead for time to help. Check out the GBAA website to preregister, that will make it a lot easier the day of. It would probably be easier to explain if you contacted me by phone rather than thru messages. 478-232-9889.

Anyway, we’ll have a good one for y’all in a couple of weeks. Concession will be available with plenty of cold water on each range. Hope to see y’all then.

Also forgot, there will be drawings for those who bought raffle tickets and you still can purchase tickets that weekend.

Pre registration at www.gbaa.georgiaarchery.com under the tournament tab at online registration (which saves you from paying a late fee for reg.). Then you can pay at check-in. To join the GBAA only, is only $10.00 for a year and you can shoot the 2 State 3-D shoots we have each year at registration too.

The GBAA will Have up to $1,000.00 pay back for adult classes ( depending on the number of shooters) to give back to the shooters on top of the other awards given by Po Boy Archery. As many of you know Mr. Troy puts on a good shoot and has some good eats too! Also there will be raffle tickets available at the shoot before the drawing Sunday afternoon. A Hoyt Ventum bow, $200.00 gift certificate from Wildcat Archery, Trail cam and a few more prizes. Ticket's are $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00.
