Usually start cooking prepping for Thanksgiving on mon. Late start on tues , brined birds , injected with creole butter, bout 3 , put on smoker on pecan, came in from hunting made my cornbread & biscuits, added chopped boiled eggs , onions, sage ( a liberal amout) , chicken broth , ready for oven now, sweet tater casserole, prepping now
