Some of the tolerances they talk about are not "doable" on tabletop equipment but still very informative.
One thing that caught me as I had thought about it before was seating target boolits at the bench when the round is chambered. He was setting neck tension very lite and seating on the lands when he closed the bolt. One guy on this video saw someone doing this at a Bench Rest or
F- Class match and the guy was killing it
