camping

I went back in March while I was home on R&R with our camper. There were a lot of snow bunnies there from Canada during that time. It is a really nice area with a nice pond and there is a golf course next to it as well. Call ahead though and reserve a site, sometimes the place is full. Bring plenty of fire wood, otherwise you'll have to purchase it.

It's ok, But I would reccomend Little Ocmulgee in Mcrae, GA instead. The lake there is about 200 ac. and fishing is good. Also one of the best golf courses in the state and an excellent restaurant in the park.
