The 2020 Gulf red snapper season will be June 11- July 25 (45 days).

The June 11th start is for recreational fisherman. The charter boats get to start on June 1st.

I’m pretty sure the States have had that for several years now. Doesn’t do much for folks fishing in Fl waters.
