Hand Axe?

I found what I’m thinking was a crude hand axe in an area I am finding artifacts. On the edge of a field near a wet weather pond and creek. I have found lots of points, scrapers and flakes in this area. Over the weekend I found this nutting stone and the possible axe. Any thoughts?
