You know it used to be when I took my vehicle in for warranty service at the dealership, the service guy almost kissed my feet, got my vehicle in as soon as possible and fixed it.
NOT these days.
I took my truck by a little while ago and he said, can't get to it this week. Could you bring it back Monday 2 weeks from now? Sure, what am I supposed to do between now and Monday 2 weeks from now? Walk or put up with this missing truck? Sorry, the only diesel guy we have is putting a motor and tranny in that ambulance and it will probably take him the rest of the week.
I think Ford has finally made them so ELMO complicated that even their dealerships can't work on them anymore.
